The Spanish LDS professional development program unpacks the design and organization of California’s new SLD standards and their relationship to the Common Core en Español.

During this workshop, participants will learn how to use the new SLD standards for planning for Spanish learner instruction across content areas. This program is intended for K-6 teachers, administrators, and district staff responsible for dual language programs. Participants will also gain a deeper understanding of Designated and Integrated Spanish Language Development instruction.
